hopefully you all can spend some time with each other this weekend since you are off, I know she has things to do part of the time but at least you will have the evenings. Me and my old man have tonight after 9 ish and tomorrow after 9ish, then nothing but seeing the other sleep until Sat. Sucks man.....Big Todd deserves and kick in the rear

2 evenings from 830 pm till maybe 11 then we'll not see each other until next Sat (no evening off this week), but we know this is just temporary (just catching up a bit). Hopefully the 4 of us will get straightened out soon.

If you think that's bad, you definitely haven't eaten breakfast at the Hardee's in Big Stone.

The past few times we've eaten there, the person working the register hasn't even known what to do or how to get our order right on it, and the service is always extremely slow and the line starts to slowly back up more and more.

This morning, in fact, after giving the person my order, they asked "Regular or curly?" In my mind I was thinking "Uh...WTF? Curly hashbrowns? Wow, that's a new one!"

She finally got it right, however, but not without some questioning in my mind as to how in the world this person was ever hired in the first place. It was like 9-something in the morning, so how could you NOT know that fries weren't being served yet?

Christ...

What kind of "fast" food is this?

I think one of the problems with fast food these days are the complexities of the menus. In the old days, when fast food was fast, you order a hamburger, you get a hamburger and be on your way. Now places have these specialty menus that Stephen Hawking would have a hard time understanding. And these places sure aren't hiring his kind of intellect to comprehend their menus, either.

My biggest problem with TB is that they keep changing the menu. Not only is it hard to read and understand, but its also hard to find that last thing I tried that I really liked. [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]

Having it for lunch. food was good and the service at the drive-thru was fast. MY question is what happened? You use to be able to eat at taco bell cheap, now it is like anywhere else. You spend over $10 for 2 to eat.

I miss the 59, 79, and 99 cent menus they had back in the early 90s. You could feed a family of four for less than you pay for two people now!

If the lady who was the GM hadn't run off all the good workers because she was a lazy, mean a@$ who was disrespectful to the managers who were actually doing her job and running the store, Taco Bell would still be a rockin place to eat. I heard that 3 managers have left in the past year because of her. I think they finally fired her, but not before they lost the straws that stirred the drink.
